个人简介

柳云恩,男,1979年出生,医学博士/博士后,教授,主任医师,硕士研究生导师,沈阳医学院树人国际学院副院长,辽宁省皮肤粘膜软组织创伤修复重建重点实验室和沈阳市消化系统损伤修复重点实验室执行主任。所属二级学科/领域:病理学与病理生理学。2012年于中国医科大学获得肿瘤学博士学位。荣获“沈阳市高层次领军人才(C类)”和“第十五届沈阳市优秀科技工作者”荣誉称号。担任辽宁省科技厅、广东省科技厅、江西省科技厅和沈阳市科技局科技项目评审专家,香港科技大学顾问、辽宁省科协科技人才奖项评审专家、沈阳市科协科技创新智库第一批入库专家、沈阳市标准化专家、沈阳市大学生创新创业导师和CNKI项目评审专家。现任辽宁省细胞生物学会细胞损伤修复与组织重建专委会主任委员、中国医药技术协会皮肤软组织修复重建技术分会常务委员、世界中联经皮给药专业委员会常务理事、《Medical Gas Research》青年编委、《中华烧伤与创面修复杂志》编委、《临床军医杂志》编委、《创伤与急危重病医学杂志》编委和《中国生物医药杂志》编委。主持及参与军委后勤保障部重大项目、军委科技委基础加强重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目、辽宁省科技厅联合基金项目、辽宁省教育厅重点项目、广东省重点研发计划和省市级各类项目40多项,累计申请经费4500多万。在《Theranostics》、《ACS Appl Mater Interfaces》、《J MATER SCI TECHNOL》和《Free Radic Biol Med》等国外期刊发表SCI论文58篇,影响因子356.28;在《中华医学杂志》、《中华急诊杂志》和《中华创伤杂志》等核心期刊发表论文136篇;参编专著6部;申请专利27项,其中发明专利8项、实用新型专利19项;荣获辽宁省科技进步二等奖1项、辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖1项、三等奖2项、沈阳市自然科学学术成果二等奖2项、三等奖1项。作为指导教师荣获第十四届“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛辽宁赛区金奖、辽宁省中医药大健康竞赛一等奖、辽宁省中医药大健康竞赛三等奖和沈阳市创新创业创意大赛三等奖。
